This series of podcasts is based upon the Russia. No. 1 (1919) report, which primarily consists of British diplomatic communications back to the Home Office in London from inside Russia, containing eyewitness accounts of some of the atrocities of the Bolshevik Revolution, and identifications of the perpetrators.

Hand in hand with the accounts found in the Russia No. 1 Report is this article about the Bolshevik takeover of Britain's embassy in Moscow, from a September, 1918 New York Times article.

This article, from the September, 1918 New York Times, talks about the "bloodthirsty" Red Press and the articles in those jewish-controlled newspapers demanding the extermination of the Russian Bourgeoisie.
