FOLLOWING from consul at Ekaterinburg, dated 1st February :―

"According to information received from General Staff here, prisoners returning from Germany viậ Vyatka report armed revolt of peasants of Vyatka district against Bolshevik mobilization. Not only revolters themselves suffered death penalty for revolting, but also their whole families."
